Our organisation’s Quality and Product Safety Policy is established on the basis of Product Quality & Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Occupational Health & Safety, Training and Team Spirit, Environmental Sensibility & Consciousness, R&D and Continuous Improvement, Work Ethics & Codes of Conduct, Requirements of Infrastructure (Building, Machinery and Equipment),Information Security Management ,Product Circumstances and Legal Requirements. It is our most important target to carry out the R&D activities, HACCP & GMP requirements, and to produce healthy and hygienic products by adopting the policy of Customer Focus and Continuous Improvement within the frame of Total Quality.

It is our main duty to keep the product quality and product safety all the time on focus by operating the necessary procedures in co-operation with the right suppliers  to provide customer satisfaction. Our main principle is to produce healthy and hygienic products by carrying out the practices of HACCP, Risk Management and GMP.

WORK ETHICS / CODES OF CONDUCT

  • Legal Conformance: It is aimed that the personnel  doing the job shall manage the process in accordance with the legal standards and regulations.
  • Preventing Discrimination: In all applications e.g. recruitment, remuneration, training opportunities, promotion and retirement, no discirimanation can be tolerated in terms of race, age, gender, religion, social status, physical condition, ethnical root, sexual preference or any other personal characteristics.
  • Remuneration: Payments that are given for normal work time, overtime and difference between, are in either legal minimum wage and/or in industrial standard and/or above them.
  • Work Times: We comply with legal regulations (national laws)
  • Occupational Health & Safety: Procedures and regulations related to the occupational health and safety are improved and implemented.
  • Child Labor : No child labor is allowed in our organisation.
  • Environment and Environmental Safety are taken in to consideration.
  • Standards related to the applications e.g.waste disposal, using and  keeping  the other chemicals and dangerous materials, emissions and waste water, conform to the minimum legal requirements.
  • International Management Systems are carried out within Sapro.
  • Social conformance policy is available and used within Sapro.

Sapro cares and follows the relevant regulations for providing the building, equipment, personnel and supplies that are necessary for the applications of ”product quality & safety” and “occupational health & safety “ rules.

We are aware of our responsibility to the environment and we commit,

  • to protect the environment from the possible effects of our products and services,
  • to improve our environmental performance,
  • to reduce using of raw materials and energy for the protection of natural resources,
  • to reduce the waste to the lowest level with the agreement with the authorized companies,
  • to support and implement the recycling for efficient use,
  • to minimize the consumption of energy and other natural resources,
  • to support and increase usage of renewable and sustainable raw materials
  • to monitor the impact of climate change on our activities and carry out necessary studies,
  • to use more recycled material and technology that have less environmental impact without disturbing the natural balance and harmony for the product designing process and product manufacturing process in accordance with relevant legislations.

  • By improving the Occupational Health and Safety activities continuously, we provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and other people who are likely to be affected by the potential risks, become good examples for them.
  • We enable the continuous improvement by identifying the potential hazards and risks that may arise from our organizational activities, implementing the necessary preventative measures for them, reviewing and evaluating the results of the preventive measures and taking appropriate actions to improve the results.
  • We coordinate our Occupational Health and Safety activities by following up the applicable regulations/legislation.
  • We determine the Occupational Health and Safety rules and ensure that our personnel and those who are affected by our activities comply with those rules.
  • We raise health and safety consciousness in our organization by informing, educating, supervising all our employees and providing their participation in our Occupational Health and Safety activities.
